Job summary

Xformative Payment Systems is seeking an experienced Client Project Manager to lead onboarding and implementation of new client contracts from kickoff through go-live. As the first Project Manager in Client Implementation, you will shape the function, establish best practices, and create client-focused processes that deliver an exceptional experience while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-8 years of experience in project management, client implementation, operations, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new client programs from initiation to go-live.
• Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders during onboarding to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Assess alignment between client requirements and system capabilities; identify gaps and required enhancements.
• Translate gaps into actionable workstreams and coordinate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with sponsor bank, network, and fulfillment vendors; ensure documentation and setup.
• Manage program setup, including configuration, workflow validation, and operational readiness for launch.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure all documentation, approvals, and readiness criteria are completed prior to go-live.
• Support transition from implementation to ongoing operations and maintain organized project documentation.
