Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role.
• Prior project management experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for implementations and projects.
• Lead end-to-end client implementations within defined scope and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans and status reports.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
