Job summary

PreSales Collective is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of payments solutions for clients, from requirements to go-live and handover to support. You will coordinate with clients, issuers, banks, and third parties to configure and test the platform, ensuring outcomes align with revenue goals.

In this role, you will work with Thredd infrastructure and APIs, document requirements, manage delivery timelines, and drive smooth handovers to operations and account

Qualifications

Experience delivering end-to-end payments implementation projects.
Understanding REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience with credit solutions and banking clients.
Strong project management knowledge and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client projects and programmes.
Capture requirements and document proposed configurations.
Guide delivery timelines and mitigate risks.
Handover to operations and account management.
Coordinate progress with clients and third parties.
Raise JIRA tickets and liaise with product/tech teams.
Maintain high-quality documentation.
Provide first-line technical support during implementations.
Contribute to internal continuous improvement.
