Job summary

Coretelligent is seeking an experienced Service Delivery professional to act as the primary post-sale relationship owner for a portfolio of managed services clients in a remote US-based role. You will coordinate across Service Desk, Engineering, Projects, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and measurable value from our managed IT environment.

You will monitor client health, lead service reviews and escalations, and develop retention strategies while aligning with SOWs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in Managed Services or a related client-facing technology role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of service operations, ticket lifecycle, escalations, SLAs, and client health management.
• Ability to interpret contracts, SOWs, and service commitments while keeping expectations aligned.
• Strong business acumen to identify operational improvements and strengthen client relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of managed services clients.
• Coordinate across Service Desk, Engineering, Projects, and other teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Develop and maintain Client Health Plans and roadmaps to improve outcomes.
• Monitor account health through tickets, metrics, escalations, and dashboards to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead recurring service reviews and executive business reviews aligned to business objectives.
• Own service escalations from initiation to resolution with clear communication.
