Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead PSI’s client implementations end to end. This remote-US role requires owning the PM team, shaping standards, and delivering on cost, schedule, and quality commitments.

You will coach project managers, partner with commercial, product, and proposals teams, and ensure delivery aligns with PSI’s strategic goals while maintaining governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in project or program delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or program/project management.
• Proven ability to own and run a team independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead client implementation project management team.
• Set strategy for delivery standards and governance.
• Manage portfolio and resource planning across projects.
• Support sales with implementation timelines and feasibility.
