Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Client Success Consultant based in the United States to support client growth, retention, and successful delivery of wellness programs. You will partner with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, prepare performance reports, and coordinate projects that demonstrate program value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in marketing, sales, client success, project management, wellness, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing materials.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate activities across stakeholders.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a distributed team.
• Familiar with Google Workspace; HubSpot/Looker/Jira experience preferred.
• Availability for a temporary assignment through June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support client growth and retention with cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare client reporting and presentations for quarterly and annual reviews.
• Develop customized marketing materials to communicate wellness offerings.
• Enhance reporting initiatives with data analytics teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, strategy, operations, marketing, and more.
• Support client launches and relaunches to improve adoption.
• Facilitate issue resolution and maintain CRM/account accuracy.
• Document workflows and look for operational efficiency gains.
• Manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
