Job summary

Firmwerx is seeking a Client & Growth Lead to guide executive relationships and strategic growth while shaping how clients transition to AI. This senior leadership role collaborates with the AI Solutions Lead and Client Product Manager to ensure high-impact engagements without owning day-to-day coding work.

You will define which clients to pursue and how to position Firmwerx offerings, driving growth with a clear point of view and measurable outcomes for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience or equivalent client leadership track record
• Analytical, creative thinker with deep first-principles reasoning
• Comfort reading code and reasoning about systems without daily coding
• Strong fluency with leading AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor) and how they create client value
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Self-directed and proactive
• Comfortable working on a small, autonomous team

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship and set engagement direction, partnering with the product manager
• Decide which clients we pursue and how we position our offerings
• Lead strategic conversations with client leadership about transitioning to AI and outcomes
• Frame AI-driven opportunities and present them to executives
• Collaborate with AI Solutions Lead and Product Manager on scope, priorities and quality
• Own the full client lifecycle from first conversation through expansion
• Shape growth strategy: markets, differentiation, and opportunities
• Create artifacts like case studies, ROI analyses, and engagement narratives
