Job summary

Firmwerx is seeking a Client Product Manager to own client relationships and translate their needs into actionable product requirements. You will run client calls and video sessions, ensure the product works in the real world, and coordinate with the technical team to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will think strategically, anticipate client needs, and drive ongoing evolution of products across multiple accounts.

• Capable of leading client calls and coordinating with technical teams

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship for the products we build from kickoff to ongoing development
• Lead client calls and video sessions (WebEx, Zoom, Teams) as the primary contact
• Ensure the product works for the client by monitoring performance and driving issues to resolution
• Translate client needs into clear direction for the technical team
• Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities beyond the brief
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously and evolve their product over time
• Discuss scope and delivery quality with the AI Solutions Lead
