You will translate safety and operational goals into measurable platform outcomes, owning relationships across senior and site-level stakeholders.

You are a motivator and trusted advisor who choreographs adoption with commercial teams, ensuring value delivery and net revenue retention across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or program delivery in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record owning enterprise accounts with measurable retention and expansion results.
• Experience influencing adoption and net revenue retention across a portfolio.
• EHS, manufacturing, or facility operations background is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with site-level operators and executives.
• Translate client goals into platform strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Host recurring business reviews to connect usage with risk reduction and ROI.
• Coach clients on using Protex AI to drive safety and operational improvements.
• Monitor usage, identify disengagement early, and drive recovery before churn.
• Coordinate rollout timelines with Commercial and Implementation teams.
