Job summary

Firmwerx is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to sit with clients, deeply understand their business, and identify high-leverage AI opportunities. You will design, build, and ship production-grade AI solutions, while owning timelines and client communications as a player-coach.

This hybrid role blends product, engineering, and delivery. You’ll work hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, and other frontier tools to meet client objectives and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Qualifications

• Senior engineer with leadership track record and delivery of production-grade software.
• Hands-on with OpenAI/Anthropic/Cursor and frontier tooling in daily workflow.
• Strong client communication and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end: understand problem, design solution, build, deliver.
• Build production software hands-on using leading AI platforms.
• Own timelines, client communication, and deliverables independently.
