Job summary

PressW seeks an AI Strategist to manage client relationships across institutional investor accounts, leading discovery, coordinating timelines, and translating client needs into actionable requirements for our Claude-based agents.

You’ll own the loop between clients, engineers, and the work, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and proactive risk management as you scale with some of the world's most ambitious AI-driven projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing or coordination-heavy role.
• Hands-on with Claude or similar AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery interviews with deal teams and principals; schedule, prepare questions, synthesize needs.
• Own scheduling and coordination across accounts to keep progress moving.
• Be the day-to-day communication channel for clients; stay proactive and clear.
• Build agents and skills in Claude; prototype, test, and ship in client workflows.
• Attend prototype reviews and turn feedback into next iterations.
• Track progress against our 1–5 rubric and surface risks early.
• Support onboarding for new accounts with strong communication and expectations.
• Provide engineers with well-formed requirements and context to move fast.
