Wealth Without Wall Street is seeking a Client Account Manager to own a book of existing clients and past prospects, calling to serve and grow the relationship into new business. You’ll re-engage clients, run policy reviews, uncover opportunities, and ask for the next step, while our ops team handles the paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships.
• Track record of hitting targets while keeping clients happy.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• CRM discipline (HubSpot a plus).
• Active life insurance license, or willingness to get licensed within 60 days.
• Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing clients and past prospects, call them to serve and grow the relationship into new business.
• Re-engage clients who haven’t heard from us and past prospects who didn’t finish the process.
• Run policy reviews, answer questions about policy loans and PUAs, and ensure clients feel looked after.
• Uncover opportunities (new capital, a business sale, a growing family) and ask for the next step, then book the client with an IBC strategist.
• Ask every happy client for referrals, and follow up until they turn into conversations.
• Introduce clients to the Passive Income Lab when it fits.
• Spot clients drifting away and engage proactively.
• Log every call and next step in HubSpot, and own weekly numbers: contacts, opportunities, referrals, cases.
