Allworth Financial is seeking a Future Client Development Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team focused on driving organic growth. This remote role oversees associates, specialists, and managers, shaping coaching, hiring, and performance management.

You will partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead engagement, qualification, and conversion across national channels, while maintaining a consultative selling approach and strong client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or a consultative selling environment.
• 2+ years in sales leadership, team management, or a formal sales coaching role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals to achieve objectives.
• Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching, performance management, and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, including pipeline management and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct leadership and supervision to a team of Future Client Development Associates, Future Client Specialists, and Senior Future Client Specialists.
• Establish, communicate, and reinforce sales goals and performance expectations aligned with Allworth's growth objectives.
• Monitor key sales metrics and drive improvements in outreach, qualification, appointment-setting, and conversion.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development plans.
• Oversee onboarding, staffing decisions, and daily operations for the team.
• Ensure timely engagement of prospective clients across all lead channels and CRM compliance.
• Partner with Sales leadership to optimize processes, messaging, and lead management.
• Analyze performance data and report trends to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and accountability in team interactions.
• Foster collaboration with internal partners to scale organic growth.
