Job summary

Wealth Without Wall Street in the United States is seeking a Client Account Manager who will own a book of existing clients and past prospects, calling to serve and grow the relationship.

You’ll re-engage clients, run policy reviews, explain loans and PUAs, and coordinate with our ops team so every client feels looked after.

This role rewards servant leadership, phone-driven outreach, and persistent follow-up—licensing within 60 days is encouraged if not current.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management, or client relationships.
• Track record of hitting targets while keeping clients satisfied.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• Active life insurance license, or willingness to get licensed within 60 days.
• Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Call existing clients and past prospects to serve and grow relationships.
• Re-engage clients who haven’t heard from us in a while.
• Run policy reviews and discuss policy loans and PUAs.
• Ask for the next steps and referrals to generate new opportunities.
• Log calls and next steps in HubSpot and track weekly numbers.
