Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Client Finance Analyst I to support financial management for our client portfolio, including reporting, month-end close, and related accounting activities. This is a fully remote role intended to streamline project accounting and invoicing processes.

You will assist with project setup, tracking costs, preparing client invoices, and coordinating with project managers and the SG&A team. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly project accounting, notes from status meetings, and updates in financial trackers.
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems, verify signatures, and coordinate with Salesforce.
• Maintain project files for change orders, budgets, and milestones; update trackers.
• Book intercompany revenue/costs and update shared trackers.
• Assist in preparing hours and expenses for client projects and review billing rates.
• Prepare client invoicing per contracts and monitor past-due invoices; manage waterfall of invoicing.
• Assist in monthly client accruals and track costs against contracted amounts.
• Set up and track new employees and subcontractor hours/bill rates monthly.
• Update general ledger reconciliations; collaborate with SG&A teams.
• Support ad hoc projects and annual budget preparation; assist with audits.
