Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent hands-on experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own integration requirements from planning to closure with sponsors, stakeholders, and developers.
• Manage implementations of customer integrations to ensure proper execution.
• Contribute to architecture, design, code, tests, and documentation to meet team commitments.
• Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings and status reviews.
• Provide leadership for major incidents and deescalation; coordinate release management and deployments.
• Coach and manage the team, set priorities, triage tickets, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process changes.
