Scan and image cases and documents.
Set up new child support cases within federal timelines.
Review correspondence and respond appropriately.
Determine locations of case-related parties through research.
Verify data accuracy in automated systems and applications.
Create and update case files.
Obtain court documents from clerks of the courts.
Prepare statistical reports.
