Woolpert is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to join our Marketing Team in the United States. You will coordinate and execute client-facing events, including virtual, hybrid, and live conferences, working with marketing, business development, and sector leaders to strengthen client relationships.

You’ll manage timelines, vendors, venues, budgets, and on-site logistics, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in event planning, client experience, marketing coordination, or related field.
• Experience coordinating logistics for live and/or virtual events; vendor and venue coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates, and executes assigned client events (virtual, hybrid, live).
• Manages venue and digital platform selection, run-of-show, registration, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinates vendor quotes, requirements, and deliverables; escalates issues to senior team members.
• Ensures licenses, insurance certificates, and vendor documentation are secured.
• Tracks budgets, processes invoices, and reconciles spending for events.
• Coordinates client communications, invitations, and post-event outreach.
• Provides on-site and virtual support, managing attendee experience and speaker needs.
• Debriefs and analyzes feedback to improve future events.
