Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is hiring a remote Event Marketing Specialist to plan and execute educational seminars, tradeshows, and conferences nationwide. You will support our Marketing and Partner Programs teams and manage events from ideation to on-site execution.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of event marketing experience, with strong project management, communication, and AI literacy skills. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years event marketing experience.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking abilities with excellent communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; AI literacy skills required.
• Willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies; travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute educational seminars, tradeshows, conferences and events.
• Manage events calendar, venues, menus, seating and staffing.
• Coordinate speakers, advisors and staff; ship materials and ensure smooth operations.
• Track budgets, invoicing and reporting; manage data in Salesforce.
• Drive attendance via direct mail, email, radio and social media.
• Use Wrike for project management and maintain processes.
