Parexel is seeking an entry-level Event Outreach Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of conferences and roadshows for the MBD Inside Sales function. The role emphasizes alignment with Marketing for corporate-sponsored events and close collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams.

You will translate event priorities into targeted pre-events, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up, developing messaging and coordinating assets with Marketing to drive client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in pharmaceutical meeting planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support event goals.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning and coordination of corporate-sponsored, sales-funded, and sales-led conferences and events.
• Develop and maintain event-specific outreach messaging and flow sequences for pre-event, on-site, and post-event follow-up.
• Utilize CRM and engagement tools to log interactions and track progress.
• Coordinate on-site engagement activities and follow-up with stakeholders to maximize meeting generation.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales/Commercial teams to align event outreach with brand and business priorities.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in pharmaceutical meeting planning
