Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
• Maintain balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making
• Continuously identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
• Record and document customer information as required
• Adapt to a dedicated work-from-home setup and schedule flexibility to include weekends/evenings/holidays
• Prioritize customer satisfaction with integrity and professional conduct
• Ensure secure and compliant handling of customer data
