Job summary

Everise is seeking a customer service professional to answer inbound calls from members, delivering empathetic and helpful support. You will work from your home with a dedicated setup, aiming for one-call resolutions while meeting client metrics and maintaining high satisfaction.

The role offers base pay with additional incentives and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO. Flexible scheduling (weekends/evenings) and a wired internet requirement are essential;

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
• Maintain a balance between policy and client benefit in decision making
• Drive process improvements that positively impact the client and its customers
• Distribute or document customer information as required
• Work from a dedicated area in your home
• Demonstrate passion for excellence in customer care, especially for seniors
• Identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
• Schedule flexibility including weekends, evenings, holidays and overtime
• Maintain integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Meet Work at Home setup requirements: wired broadband; no wireless access to Everise systems
