Everise seeks a dedicated Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative to answer inbound calls for members. You will gather information, resolve issues, and educate customers on products and services while meeting client metrics.

A dedicated home workspace and weekend/evening availability are required to support our diverse client base. The role emphasizes compassionate service, especially for senior customers, with a base pay plus incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package,

Qualificações

• Exemplary customer service skills and patience.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide clear guidance.
• Strong communication with clients and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
• Maintain policy while considering client benefit in decision making.
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvements for the client and customers.
• Document customer information and call dispositions as required.
• Work from home setup with a dedicated space.
• Demonstrate care for customers, especially seniors.
• Offer product and service explanations and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime.
