Job summary

Everise is hiring to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members from a home-based environment. You will deliver compassionate customer service, gather necessary information, and resolve issues with a one-call resolution approach where possible.

Our program supports a robust work-at-home setup with required hard-wired internet and strict security policies. You will be expected to meet performance metrics while helping customers with diverse needs, including seniors.

Qualifications

• Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
• Maintain a balance between policy and client benefit in decision making.
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements for the client and its customers.
• Responsible for call disposition or documenting customer information as required.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens.
• Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services.
• Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays and overtime.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Work at Home Set-Up Requirements: Standard Connect and Speed.
• Hard-wired Broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic.
• No wireless connections to Everise Work at Home systems.
