Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and messages with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer questions, schedule appointments, capture leads, take orders, guide customers.
• Use multiple systems to document interactions and follow client workflows.
• Resolve and escalate issues to achieve positive outcomes.
• Follow client-specific procedures and service standards.
• Learn new systems and adapt to workflow changes.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
