Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
• Willingness to travel to Charleston, SC office 2–3 times per year.
• Ability to work from home with regular 40-hour weeks and weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Connect & Help: Handle high-volume calls and messages with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Solve & Support: Answer questions with empathy, schedule appointments, capture leads, take orders, and guide customers using client guidelines.
• Navigate & Multitask: Use multiple systems to document interactions and manage customer needs.
