Insight Global is seeking a Client Experience Specialist for a leading remote workforce solutions organization. This role serves as a primary contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls and messages with warmth and professionalism.

Based near Charleston, SC, you will work from a dedicated home office, travel to the CHS office 2-3 times per year, and navigate multiple systems to document interactions, schedule appointments, and process orders while meeting quality and productivity

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and messages.
• Willingness to learn multiple systems and workflows quickly.
• Experience scheduling appointments and processing orders or lead intake.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages and provide warm, professional support.
• Schedule appointments and process customer requests.
• Capture leads and document interactions accurately.
• Resolve issues and escalate when appropriate while following client guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics in a remote environment.
