Job summary

AnywhereWorks is hiring a Client Experience Specialist to be the voice of the brand. This role focuses on warm, empathetic customer interactions, problem solving, and efficient use of multiple systems to document outcomes.

You will work primarily from a home office with occasional in-person meetings in Charleston, SC. The position requires 3–5 years of customer service experience, reliability to maintain a 40-hour week schedule including Fridays and Saturdays, and the ability to adapt quickly to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
• Able to consistently work the assigned schedule and meet attendance expectations.
• Work from home majority with occasional travel to Charleston, SC office 2–3 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Connect & Help: Handle high-volume of varied human callers and messages with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Solve & Support: Answer questions with empathy, schedule appointments, capture leads, take orders, and guide customers with client guidelines.
• Navigate & Multitask: Use multiple systems and tools to document interactions, follow client workflows, and manage customer needs.
• Turn Friction into Smiles: Handle challenging interactions calmly and professionally, aiming for positive outcomes.
• Follow Through: Adhere to client-specific procedures, service standards, and communication requirements.
