Responsibilities

• Lead client support via chat/email, establishing yourself as a key contributor within 6 months.
• Champion customers by providing ongoing support through the help desk platform.
• Help develop and update knowledge bases to scale support.
• Improve customer satisfaction by understanding evolving needs and delivering value in each ticket.
• Share user feedback with Product to translate into valuable features.
