Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is seeking an EDI Experience Manager to bridge technical EDI and enrollment workflows within a fast-paced CX team.

You will translate complex technical findings into client guidance and liaise between customers and engineering, with a balance of hands-on EDI support and client communication. You will optimize EDI support workflows, build scalable processes, and contribute to a knowledge base while delivering exceptional service to rehab therapy clients and

Qualifications

• Experience as Rehab Clinician such as SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA.
• Willingness to build technical fluency in EDI file formats and enrollment mechanics.
• High analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and testing abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and autonomous learner.
• Thrives in dynamic environments requiring adaptability and efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while staying professional.
• Willing to work outside standard hours when needed.
• Excellent process orientation and detail focus.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of our RCM/Clearinghouse to respond to inquiries across the single-channel support system.
• Champion customers via the EDI help desk, helping them resolve Clearhouse rejections and EDI rules.
• Build EDI/Enrollment subject-matter depth and grow technical ownership over time.
• Represent EDI/Enrollment topics to clients in onboarding and ad-hoc meetings.
• Support development and update of the internal and external EDI knowledge base.
• Promote customer satisfaction by understanding each customer’s evolving needs and delivering value.
• Learn and establish processes that let the EDI team run like a well-oiled machine.
• Audit existing processes to identify opportunities to use AI to accelerate EDI workflows.
• Support EDI engineering ticket creation, review and prioritization.
• Take on tasks beyond defined responsibilities as needed.
