Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, coachable and eager to learn in a fast-growing company.
• Ability to juggle several tasks with organization and urgency.
• Experience in payroll or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 customer support and navigate OnPay systems.
• Respond to client inquiries via online portal, phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
• Document client issues and resolutions clearly and professionally.
• Ask questions to identify root causes and propose solutions.
