Job summary

OnPay is a fast-growing software company in Atlanta offering cloud-based payroll, HR, and benefits solutions. We’re seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our Operations team to handle payroll-related client support with a focus on retroactive adjustments.

You will analyze complex data, stay current with payroll tax rules, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes. This role supports remote work across the U.S. with an Atlanta HQ option.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HCM and/or payroll experience.
• College experience (degree strongly preferred).
• Proven experience with payroll and tax operations.
• Fundamental Payroll Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large payroll data sets from multiple systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for retroactive payroll adjustments and related support.
• Own cases and drive resolution with timely client updates.
• Stay current on governmental, regulatory and legislative payroll tax compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
