Qualifications

• 12–15 years IT experience with at least 5 years in a client-facing role in service delivery or program management.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry.
• Strong background in Public Cloud (Azure, GCP), IT security, and network operations.

Responsibilities

• Client relationships: serve as primary contact, understand client goals.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Financial & contract management: oversee project finances and terms.
• Problem resolution: address client issues promptly.
• Internal coordination: liaise with sales, marketing, and tech teams to deliver solutions.
• Driving opportunities: drive RFIs/RFPs and new business opportunities.
