Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Client Delivery Trainer to design, deliver, and manage enablement training for client teams, ensuring world-class standards and growth alignment.

This role partners with program managers and QA, leads onboarding, certification, and ongoing mentorship, and develops scalable training materials to drive performance.

Remote US-based position focused on advancing client outcomes through structured learning, coaching, and program governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding on onboarding processes.
• Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion, including mock calls and knowledge validation.
• Build partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders to align training with business priorities.
• Lead mentorship post-training with coaching opportunities, shadowing, and feedback loops.
• Design, build, and evolve learning materials including facilitator guides, resources, and call frameworks.
• Measure training impact through performance data, certification outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver ongoing enablement addressing performance gaps and business trends.
• Identify learning opportunities from feedback and data, implementing targeted improvements.
• Execute onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff through completion.
