Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Client Delivery Trainer in Salt Lake City (hybrid) to lead end-to-end enablement training for client teams. This role designs, delivers, and manages training programs aligned with business goals and client priorities.

You will partner with program teams to ensure readiness, certification, and ongoing coaching to drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in sales enablement or training, strong facilitation skills, and a deep understanding

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners.
• Experience with content creation, sales processes.
• Prior experience in client-embedded or program-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and management of enablement training for MarketStar client teams.
• Serve as training point of contact for the assigned client program and ensure training meets world-class standards.
• Build partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and stakeholders to align training with business priorities.
• Drive onboarding readiness, certification strategies, and go-live readiness with leadership.
• Deliver ongoing enablement to address performance gaps and business trends.
