MarketStar in the United States (Remote) is seeking a Client Delivery Trainer to lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and management of enablement training for client teams, ensuring training meets world‑class standards and drives business growth.

You will build or update learning materials, certify readiness, coach learners, and partner with program managers, QA, and stakeholders to align training with evolving program needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement or sales training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and deadline-driven.
• Ability to coach and develop learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enablement training for client programs.
• Coordinate certification strategies and go-live support with teams.
• Partner with program managers, QA, and stakeholders to align training with business needs.
• Mentor learners post-training to reinforce skills and confidence.
• Develop and maintain learning materials and scalable assets.
• Measure impact with performance data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Plan and manage training programs within budget and resources.
