MarketStar seeks a Client Delivery Trainer to lead end-to-end design, delivery, and management of enablement training for MarketStar client teams. This role serves as the training point of contact for the assigned program; ensuring training delivery meets world-class standards and supports business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales enablement, facilitation, and a deep understanding of the sales process to foster a high-performing training culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding.
• Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion.
• Build partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Lead the mentorship experience post-training with coaching opportunities and feedback loops.
• Design, build, and evolve learning materials including facilitator guides and resource assets.
• Measure training impact through performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver ongoing enablement addressing performance gaps and business trends.
• Identify learning opportunities through feedback and data; implement improvements.
• Execute onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff to completion.
• Lead training initiatives with resource planning and budgeting.
• Lead program-specific onboarding to ramp new hires.
• Facilitate training aligned to expectations across product knowledge, sales methodology, and certification readiness.

About the Client Delivery Trainer:

The Client Delivery Trainer lead s the end-to-end design, delivery, and management of enablement training for MarketStar clien t teams. What Will You Do?

• Drive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding by monitoring engagement, coaching performance, reinforcing expectations, and ensuring a successful transition from training to the production floor.
• Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion, including mock calls, knowledge validation, performance calibration, and go-live recommendations in partnership with Team Leads and QA.
• Build strong partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders to align training execution to business priorities, performance expectations, and evolving program needs.
• Lead the mentorship experience post-training by driving structured skill application, coaching opportunities, shadowing, and feedback loops that reinforce learning and accelerate confidence in role.
• Design, build, and continuously evolve impactful learning materials including facilitator guides, participant resources, knowledge checks, call frameworks, and scalable enablement assets that support learner success.
• Measure training impact through learner performance data, certification outcomes, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic improvements.
• Deliver ongoing enablement that addresses performance gaps, reinforces key behaviors, and supports continued skill growth based on business trends, floor insights, and client priorities.
• Identify learning opportunities through feedback, quality trends, and business performance data, then implement targeted improvements to strengthen training outcomes and increase effectiveness over time.
• Execute onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring learners, leaders, tools, and resources are prepared to deliver a high-quality training experience.
• Lead training initiatives through effective planning and stewardship of program resources, materials, and budget allocations to enhance learner experience and team engagement.
• Lead and deliver program-specific onboarding that equips new hires to ramp quickly and perform confidently.
• Facilitate training aligned to MarketStar and client expectations across product knowledge, sales methodology, roleplay progression, and certification readiness.
