Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality execution of client requirements across delivery projects.

You will support bid and sales with technical and contractual insights to set up for successful delivery, then serve as the primary client interface through handover, coordinating with delivery teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, risk tracking, and cross-disciplinary coordination,

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, computer science, or similar.
• 2–5 years of PM experience in data center environments.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during critical milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractual requirements and services with customer management and departments.
• Plan and implement customer projects with all stakeholders and interfaces.
• Monitor deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate as needed.
• Track risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Conduct cross-disciplinary coordination and workshops; assist in planning work packages.
• Define project workflow and kickoff with involved departments.
• Provide PM tasks in sub-projects and workshops.
• Continuously develop project methodology and optimize processes/tools.
