Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to oversee onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management for hyperscale and large enterprise clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams to establish strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery. The role requires extensive project management, ITIL knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in data center co-location or managed services.
• Experience onboarding, implementing and managing lifecycle of enterprise clients.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full client lifecycle from pre-implementation to renewal.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct periodic health assessments.
• Coordinate requirements, scope, and project status with stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and publish meeting agendas/minutes.
• Review contracts and SLAs; drive continuous improvement.
• Support QA metrics and testing; manage knowledge management.
