Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 2+ years agency or related experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Remote-work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess workload, assign daily goals, and send status updates to meet SLAs.
• Lead implementation of special projects for clients or internal teams.
• Support data loads and payment runs.
• Interact with clients via phone, chat, and email to understand marketing needs and resolve escalations.
• Maintain profile and communication records with proactive reporting.
• Coach customers and advertising partners in creating brand-enhancing content.
• Own monthly release testing and QA; maintain SOPs and training docs.
• Collaborate across US and global teams to optimize workflows.
