Job summary

Ansira is seeking an Account Supervisor, Client Growth to oversee client success and drive growth for key agency accounts. The role partners with the Client Engagement team to plan and deliver client scope and initiatives, reporting to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in agency account management, strong client-facing and presentation skills, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Remote options available with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in an agency account management role.
• Proactive action taker with client-facing experience.
• Proven track record in cultivating client relationships.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and drive growth for accounts delivering $1–$2M annually.
• Achieve revenue goals and coordinate opportunity activities.
• Identify and manage sales cycles for growth opportunities across accounts.
• Forecast, scope/billing and revenue recognition for accounts.
• Understand client business and industry context and impact of Ansira’s work.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement team to escalate red flags and support proposals.
• Assist with billing procedures and tracking budget variances; manage accounts receivable past due.
