Job summary

Attivo Partners is seeking a Client Delivery Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of services for startup clients. You will lead a delivery team, ensure quality and timeliness, and partner withBusiness Development to scope new work.

This remote-friendly role requires 10+ years in professional services with at least 5+ in leadership and 10+ years accounting/finance experience. Salary ranges from $185,000 to $210,000 with a 15% bonus target.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex client engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Operational mindset with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills in fast-growth environments.
• Experience working with startup clients and professional services models.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of services, projects, and products across client accounts.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence; resolve delivery issues quickly.
• Lead onboarding, staffing, and training for new client engagements and teams.
• Develop strategic client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on delivery strategy, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Manage accounting functions, month-end close, consolidations, and financials.
