Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a Manager of Client Delivery & Process Improvement to own how work moves, how clients experience us, and how we get better — month after month. This is a remote, nationwide role with a clear growth path toward VP of Operations and later Chief Delivery Officer.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in delivery operations within services firms.
• Direct coordination of offshore and onshore teams.
• Proven ability to redesign workflows and drive adoption through influence.
• Experience building and instrumenting processes in real systems.
• Strong business sense for reducing costs without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Map and document core delivery workflows end-to-end.
• Instrument workflows with metrics like turnaround time and hand-off points.
• Redesign broken or slow processes with PMs and offshore/onshore teams.
• Coordinate offshore and onshore staff across workflows.
• Design the delivery experience to wow the client, not just meet specs.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities without degrading quality.
• Build reporting to give leadership visibility into delivery health.
