Job summary

W Talent is seeking a Client Delivery Director to lead complex software implementations for enterprise clients in regulated markets. You will own engagements from scope to go-live, and manage senior client relationships across multiple concurrent projects.

This hands-on leadership role combines implementation ownership, project management, data and systems knowledge, and strong people skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software implementation, professional services, client delivery, or consulting.
• Background in fintech, financial services technology, regulated software, or data-intensive environments.
• Strong project or programme management experience.
• Experience with data migration, data integrations, APIs, secure file transfer, or batch processing.
• Excellent client management and executive stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
• Experience mentoring or leading delivery team members.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities
