Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Manager of US Client Data Services for a fully remote role in the United States. You will drive client data setup, bond delivery, and revenue-generating activities while leading a team focused on efficiency and compliance.

You will develop oversight infrastructure, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Governance, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely, accurate client records and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize data services workflows with Workforce Management metrics.
• Establish long-lasting, high-quality service with white-glove approach.
• Oversee client data and surety bond setup processes and records.
• Manage service-set-up deliverables with Sales, Governance, and Lessons Learned.
• Lead projects to achieve strategic goals within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Team to improve data service capabilities.
• Develop and report on volumes, timing and root causes affecting SLAs.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and ensure compliance and scalability.
