Job summary

Livingston International in Dearborn, MI, seeks a Manager of US Client Data Services to lead innovative client data, bond delivery and account set-up processes that drive revenue from new client business. The role fosters swift, compliant creation of client records and ensures accuracy and timeliness.

You will guide a data services team, monitor KPI metrics, collaborate with Regulatory, Sales and Governance, and push continuous improvement through structured reviews and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related experience in data services or client data management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Data Services team toward efficient operations per WFM metrics.
  • Build a 'white glove' service framework for client data and bond program.
  • Develop oversight to record client data and surety bond information.
  • Manage service set-up deliverables with Sales, Governance, and Lessons Learned.
  • Lead projects to meet strategic goals within deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Team to improve data service capabilities.
  • Report volumes, timing, and root causes to monitor KPI targets.
  • Drive cost savings, compliance, and scalability in account set up.

JOB SUMMARY

Manager of US Client Data Services is responsible for employing innovative tactics for client data, bond delivery and account set-up. The management structure should encourage swift, yet compliant, creating account set ups, modifying, and/or maintaining information into client records ensuring that each account set up generates the anticipated revenue associated with the new client business. This person will drive dynamics, and synergies, across their team environment while demonstrating continuous improvement through established and agreed upon key performance indicators/metrics. The Manager will ensure the team is both productive and has appropriate level of engagement for team and career development.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the coordination, control and operating efficiencies for Data Services team with adherence to Work Force Management metrics
  • Build the framework for a long-lasting, sustainable relationship with “white glove” service tactics
  • Develop appropriate oversight and review infrastructure to accurately record client data, and surety bond program
  • Manage business deliverables and project timing for Service Set-Up support with Sales, Governance, Business Reviews, and Lessons Learned
  • Lead projects to achieve strategic business goals, meet success criteria within specified timeframe
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Team, while driving proficiencies within the overall data service structure
  • Develop, standardize and report out on volumes, timing and root cause of anything falling out of the Service Level Agreement threshold, by producing monthly KPI’s and metrics
  • Drive cost savings opportunities, compliance adherence and scalability for improving the overall timing of account set up
  • Responsible for the design and set-up of overall team structure including team development and succession planning
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Extensive experience of talent and performance management
  • Strong collaboration skillset, and ability to work well with others while getting things done
  • Proven analytical and strategic abilities – problem solving, six sigma, LEAN, etc.
  • Communicating ideas and strategy clearly, and tailored to various audiences
  • Manages service delivery and directs overall team activities and monitors progress ensuring internal and external satisfaction meets or exceeds requirements (i.e. Cycle Time, Key Performance Indicators, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of continuous Improvement and quality management
  • Understanding of system/data flow, including the various systems Livingston International support and systems other industries use
WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

7 years of related experience

Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is$63,000 to $90,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
