Job summary

Livingston International, a trusted partner for customs brokerage, trade consulting, global trade management and freight needs with 30,000+ clients, is seeking a Service Coordinator. The role is remote and open to anywhere in the US, serving as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues and driving root-cause resolution.

Key duties include resolving inquiries, maintaining client relationships, researching complex questions on permits, HS classifications, billing, and releases;

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in client services or similar role.
• Knowledge of Customs requirements and regulations.
• Familiarity with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and trade compliance concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research and resolve complex inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general and complex client inquiries and resolve at root cause.
• Maintain and monitor client relationships, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Ensure client satisfaction with responses and resolutions.
• Research complex inquiries such as permits, refunds, amendments, and classifications.
• Document all client interactions in required systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
• Support other Service Coordinators as needed.
