Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Client Data Analyst to ensure client information complies with regulations and is accurately recorded in the system(s) by creating, modifying, or inputting data into client records.

This remote role can be located anywhere in the US where Livingston has a legal entity; you will set up CRM accounts, maintain data quality, and support compliance with customs regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• High School/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately record data and maintain high quality records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up accounts in CRM in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain existing client data (name/address changes, billing routing, rates).
