Job summary

National Digital Trust Company (In Organization) is building a new digital asset services platform and seeks a Client Coverage Associate to lead client support for custody, trading, and lending, while also delivering Tier 1/2 application support to employees.

You'll manage client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and help scale operations as the company grows in a fast-moving digital asset market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of institutional client service, trading, settlement, or custody experience.
• 3+ years of application/technical experience with enterprise cloud apps.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Working knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, and on-chain activities.
• Experience with multiple communication channels and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily client support through the Client Coverage Desk and provide operational and technical assistance.
• Resolve client inquiries; participate in evening and weekend coverage as needed.
• Lead digital asset custody transfers, trading, and lending activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior internal teams and coordinate resolution.
• Oversee client transactions and asset-related inquiries; manage requests via ticketing platforms.
• Partner with Execution Desk to support trading and lending; collaborate with Operations and Tech teams for on-chain activities.
