Job summary

ExamWorks, LLC is seeking a Client Coordinator in Rockford, IL to handle inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses or any representative acting on behalf of a client. You will perform data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation and filing, with a focus on quality customer service and compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

The role requires coordinating with reviewers, assigning cases, contacting clients with questions, and following up on submissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from clients and representatives and provide timely responses.
• Enter client or claimant information into the system and retrieve data.
• Maintain daily contact with QA about workflow and report status.
• Assign cases to reviewers and follow up on submissions.
• Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
